At Mini Thinkers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our refund policy provides you with clear guidelines for returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., edible items, plants).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

2. Starting a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@minithinkers.com to begin the return process. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your items.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Mini Thinkers will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed successfully.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since you received approval and you have not seen your refund, please contact us at support@minithinkers.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@minithinkers.com. We will take swift action to resolve the issue.


6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item once approved and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing time for your new item.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, and without providing a justification. Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions stated above.
